The one-time setup fee covers domain registration, DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and initial warmup setup. Domains are purchased on your behalf and can be transferred to you at any time. There's also a $15 service fee for setup and configuration.
Yes, domains are registered on your behalf but remain yours. You can request a transfer to your own registrar at any time. We'll provide the authorization codes and assist with the transfer process.
Each plan includes dedicated IP addresses for your sending domains. This means your email reputation isn't affected by other senders. Dedicated IPs give you full control over your deliverability and sender reputation.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused credits don't roll over.
Lead credits let you source prospects from our database of 200M+ contacts. 1 credit = 1 verified lead with email, company data, and enrichment. You can also import your own lists at no credit cost.
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. The setup fee for domains is non-refundable since domains are registered on your behalf.
